We warmly invite you to an Information Evening with pro mente, an organization dedicated to mental health support in Upper Austria.
During the event, you will learn who pro mente is, what services they offer, and how individuals can access support for a wide range of challenges—such as school anxiety, addiction, loneliness, stress, or other personal difficulties.

The event will take place at the Come2Upper Austria International Office and is especially designed for international professionals and international students who want to better understand the local support system and available mental health resources.

As part of the program, there will also be an introduction to the Mental Health First Aid system, providing practical insight into how to recognize mental health challenges and how to offer initial support.

In addition to the information session, the evening will include a social get-together, giving you the opportunity to meet new people, exchange experiences, and connect in a welcoming atmosphere while enjoying food and drinks.

Neuer Online-Konversationskurs „Sprechen“ auf Sprachportal.at

In der neuen 90-minütigen Online-Kursreihe „Sprechen“ verbessern Deutschlernende gezielt ihre mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit. Die Einheiten laden zum Erzählen, Austauschen und freien Sprechen ein – mit alltagsnahen Themen, die zum Erzählen einladen: Von Hobbys und Freizeit über Ernährung und Gesundheit bis hin zu Ehrenamt und Freiwilligenarbeit. Die Konversationskurse werden auf den Sprachniveaus A1 bis B2 angeboten.

German knowledge is a good base for social integration and creating friendships in Upper Austria. Take the opportunity to practice your German skills. Courses take place in the evening after normal working hours in a small group and in a calm atmosphere appropriate for studying. In addition you will get the chance to meet other people living in your area.
